Christian Powell
At E3 Sports Performance, Christian leads our strength & conditioning programs which focus on strength & condition training, speed & agility, mobility, and recovery. Christian Powell's journey in baseball began in the upstate of South Carolina during his high school years. In 2009, he was even drafted by the Cleveland Indians, although he made the decision to pursue higher education at the College of Charleston. In 2012, destiny called again, and Christian was selected in the 8th Round of the MLB draft, this time by the Minnesota Twins. Unfortunately, his playing career was shortened due to injury, but it ignited a new passion – coaching and mentoring the next generation of baseball players. Christian's commitment to continuous learning has driven him to attain certifications in Pitch Design through Driveline Baseball, Foundations of Pitching, Rapsodo, and as a personal trainer. He also hold a Masters in Applied Exercise Science at Concordia University Chicago. Drawing upon physical assessments and data analysis, Christian crafts individualized programs for both teams and players, laying the groundwork for them to become stronger athletes and excel in their pursuits.

Christian Maggio
At E3 Sports Performance, Christian offers group training, private hitting, catching, defensive lessons. ​ Christian Maggio is a dedicated athlete and educator, driven by a passion for both sports and coaching. His journey through the world of baseball includes a standout collegiate career at Charleston Southern University from 2018 to 2021, where he achieved the prestigious honor of being named an All-Big South Conference Selection in 2018. In 2022, Christian continued his academic and athletic pursuits at Queens University of Charlotte, where he excelled not only on the field but also in the classroom. His commitment to academics earned him recognition as an SC Academic All-District Honoree in 2023. Beyond his own accomplishments as a player, Christian's love for the game led him to give back to the next generation of athletes. He currently serves as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Summerville High School, where he imparts his knowledge, experience, and dedication to nurturing the skills and character of young players. Christian's unique blend of academic and athletic excellence, along with his coaching prowess, makes him an invaluable asset to the world of sports and education.

Brad Arnold
At E3 Sports Performance, Brad offers small group hitting instruction. Brad Arnold is the owner of 843 Hitting Performance, a training program in the Mount Pleasant area that specializes in individual assessment and protocols designed to meet baseball and softball athletes where they are and develop critical thinking skills that put them in control of their swing. Prior to moving to Charleston, Brad spent 8 years as a facility hitting coordinator in Denver and DC developing individual, academy and team training programs for athletes ranging from young youth players brand new to the game, all the way up to professional athletes. This experience helped build the ability to communicate needs to athletes of all ages and skill levels. Brad also spent a year coaching at Lackawanna College as the hitting coach helping develop an offense that led the country in homeruns and was top 15 in slugging percentage.

Karl Morris
At E3 Sports Performance, Karl offers private hitting lessons for both baseball and softball players. Karl Morris's roots in the world of baseball run deep, tracing back to his upbringing on James Island, where he honed his skills playing at James Island High School. His journey in the sport continued as he had the privilege of furthering his baseball career at the College of Charleston, culminating in his graduation in 2000. Following his college years, Karl transitioned into providing private instruction, sharing his expertise and love for the game with aspiring athletes. In 2001, he took on the role of varsity head coach at James Island, further solidifying his commitment to developing young talent. In 2005, Karl embarked on a different path and joined the fire department, which limited his role as a head coach but did not diminish his passion for the game. He continued to contribute to the baseball community as an assistant coach at Wando High School until 2011. Throughout his career, Karl has collaborated with various baseball and softball travel organizations, including Diamond Warriors, Revolution, Canes, Lumberyard, Raptors, and Bombers. His coaching philosophy revolves around the fusion of fundamental instruction with the essential task of nurturing each player's confidence. Karl Morris is not just a coach; he is a dedicated mentor, committed to instilling both skill and self-assurance in every player he encounters.
